The US SEC has charged Indian billionaire Gautam Adani and others, including three former CDPQ executives, with a bribery and fraud case exceeding $250 million. The former CDPQ executives implicated are Cyril Cabanes, Saurabh Agarwal, and Deepak Malhotra.
