Vistara merger: Air India deploys additional resources at touch points, airports to help passengers

Air India is rolling out extra resources at airports and touch points to ensure a seamless transition for Vistara passengers after the merger on November 11th. These resources include help desks, curbside assistance, and dedicated support staff. While Vistara's in-flight experience and routes will initially remain unchanged, ticketing and check-in will eventually transition to Air India systems.
