Pune realty market adds Rs 5,253 cr stamp duty to state exchequer in January-September

Pune's housing market showed strong growth in the first nine months of 2024, with a 38% increase in stamp duty collections, reaching over Rs 5,253 crore. Property registrations rose by 29%. However, September saw a decline in sales due to the 'Shraadh' period. The demand for luxury homes increased, and larger apartments remained popular.
