Signature Global net debt up 4% in Q2 to Rs 1,020 crore; looks to tap strong housing demand

Signature Global's net debt rose by 4% to Rs 1,020 crore in the September quarter, driven by strong housing demand. The company reported sale bookings of Rs 2,780 crore during this period. Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal remains optimistic about meeting the fiscal target of Rs 10,000 crore in sales. Housing sales in Delhi-NCR also rose 22%.
