Godrej Properties and Sobha have emerged as the highest bidders for three prime land parcels in an auction conducted by the Greater Noida Authority. The authority initially auctioned five land parcels valued at Rs 738 crore but concluded the sale at Rs 1,500 crore. Godrej Properties secured two plots, one measuring 38,771 sq meters for Rs 400 crore and another 32,350 sq meters for Rs 442 crore. Sobha won a 13,938 sq meter plot for Rs 161 crore.
