Flyers safety can't be compromised, Delhi HC upholds pilot's licence suspension on positive alcohol test

Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain emphasised that leniency towards erring pilots could compromise passenger safety, dismissing the pilot's plea to overturn the suspension.
