Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd has acquired a 20,000 sq metre land near the upcoming Jewar airport in Noida through an auction by YEIDA for Rs 96.86 crore. Purvanchal Projects, another Noida-based developer, purchased a 40,000 sq metre plot nearby for Rs 149.47 crore.
