According to the Chinese Commerce Ministry, discussions will be held between China's commerce minister, Wang Wentao, and the European Union's trade commissioner, Valdis Dombrovskis. The focus will be on addressing the European Union's proposal to impose tariffs on electric cars imported from China, a move that has sparked significant concern.
