The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) has announced a Rs 2 per litre price hike for all variants of Amul milk, effective from Monday. The decision was made in response to the rising costs of operation and milk production. Jayen Mehta, Managing Director of GCMMF, confirmed the price increase, noting that the last adjustment was made in February 2023.
