Realty developer Puravankara's subsidiary, Purva Oak, acquired 12.75 acres in Thane's Patlipada for a premium residential project with an estimated potential of 18.20 lakh sq ft. The project, adding to Mumbai Metropolitan Region portfolio, has a potential gross development value of Rs 4,000 crores.
