Russia and India are set to expand cooperation in atomic energy. There are plans to construct high-capacity nuclear power units at a new site in India. Department of Atomic Energy secretary Ajit Kumar Mohanty and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation of Russia Director General Alexey Likhachev discussed enhancing nuclear energy collaboration during a visit to the Pilot Demonstration Energy Complex in Russia.
