After many hearings, soan papdi of substandard quality would land Lila Dhar Pathak, a businessman, Ajay Joshi, the distributor and Patanjali assistant manager Abhishek Kumar in jail for six months under Section 50 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
