Kolkata Port, a 154-year-old port, reported a profit of Rs 501.73 crore in FY'24, a 65% increase from the previous fiscal. The port's net surplus was Rs 304.07 crore, and it handled an all-time high of 66.4 million tonnes of cargo in 2023-24.
