At Kolkata airport, an IndiGo aircraft grazed an Air India Express plane's wings, causing damage to both. The incident occurred on the taxiway during taxiing, with passengers on board both planes. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has de-rostered the IndiGo pilots and launched an investigation.
