Corporate India faces a long road ahead when it comes to incorporating people with disabilities (PwDs) into the workforce. According to SEBI-mandated Business Responsibility and Sustainability reports, over 87% of listed companies said their workplaces were accessible to PwDs, but only 0.6% of permanent workers employed were PwDs.
