Transindia Real Estate (TREL) has agreed to sell its Jhajjar logistics park in Haryana for ₹636.71 crore. The deal will help TREL realize substantial value and maintain zero debt. The company also divested its 10% stake in Malur Logistics & Industrial Parks for ₹4.55 crore to Blackstone funds.
