The Hyderabad residential market experienced a 1% annual fall in registrations in January, reaching 5,411 units. The total value of properties registered in January was Rs 3,279 crore, a 24% increase year-on-year, indicating a shift towards higher-value homes. The majority of properties were registered in the 1,000-2,000 square foot range, accounting for 71% of registrations.
