Unions ask Air India pilots to flag any 'coercive call' from management to extend flight duty

Air India's pilot unions, ICPA and IPG, have asked their members to report any coercive calls from the management regarding extending flight duty timings beyond limits. The unions are compiling records of recent instances. They have written to Air India MD Campbell Wilson, alleging intimidation. The letter was also marked to Tata Group and Air India Chairman N Chandrasekaran. Unions request pilots to report such calls for investigation and action. DGCA has rolled out revised FDTL norms for pilots.
