The Delhi High Court has ordered SpiceJet to pay $4 million to its engine lessors, and the lessors have sought grounding of the aircraft. SpiceJet has returned three out of four engines and has raised funds through the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS).
