Zee Entertainment has requested an extension for the deadline to complete the merger deal with Sony's subsidiary, Culver Max Entertainment. Sony has not responded to the extension request. The two-year agreement between Zee and Sony expired in December. Zee is committed to the merger and is engaging in good faith negotiations with Sony.
