Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi received Nigeria's highest national honor, the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON). Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami praised PM Modi's leadership. PM Modi was also presented with the 'Key to the City' of Abuja.
