In a meeting at the Congress Headquarters in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi discussed the possibility of contesting the Haryana Assembly elections as an INDIA bloc. However, former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda mentioned difficulties in forming an alliance with AAP.
