The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) House meeting on Thursday saw protests by BJP and Congress MLAs over a water crisis in Delhi. The proceedings, delayed by an hour, began at 11.55 am. Soon after, opposition councillors entered the well of the House, raising slogans against the AAP government led by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
