Poll officials in Nashik checked Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's luggage at a helipad after allegations of carrying cash in a helicopter. The officials did not find anything suspicious. Shiv Sena's Sanjay Raut had accused Shinde of carrying cash, prompting a response from Shinde. Security was heightened during Sena (UBT) rally in Nashik ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
