The Janata Dal Secular (JDS) is working to contain electoral damage after sex videos purportedly of Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, former PM Deve Gowda's grandson, went viral. Former CM Kumaraswamy announced the party's decision to suspend Revanna pending ratification by the core committee. Kumaraswamy emphasized that the party would not defend Revanna, and would take "merciless action" if he is indicted by the special investigation team.
