The Congress party has been issued a notice of around Rs 1,823 crore by the Income Tax department, adding to its financial worries before the crucial 2024 Lok Sabha elections, reported PTI, citing Ajay Maken on Friday. This action follows the rejection of the party's appeal against reassessment proceedings for four assessment years by the Delhi High Court.
