Manoj Jarange, the leader of the Maratha quota agitation, is observing an indefinite fast in Jalna, Maharashtra, demanding the inclusion of the Maratha community into the Other Backward Class (OBC) grouping. Jarange's health is deteriorating, and he is not allowing doctors to examine him.
