The imposing 45 mm case, engineered in shatter-proof TR90, was complete with architectural pushers and fitted with an integrated silicone strap. Both the outer strap and the watch face were embossed with Lacoste's timeless petit piqué pattern while a contrast-color crocodile at 12 o'clock added another signature branded element to the design.
The name of the watch made reference to 1933, the year Lacoste was founded by Rene Lacoste, a man whose determination and fighting spirit on the tennis court earned him the nickname "the crocodile."
