"Our goal is to leverage technology to create meaningful interactions that enhance customer experiences," Delgado said.
She reframed AI as assistive intelligence, emphasizing its value in supporting decision-making rather than replacing human involvement. "The true value of AI lies in how we leverage it to deliver meaningful customer experiences across industries," she said.
DigiCon featured discussions on emerging trends, AI's impact on customer engagement and digital transformation strategies, underscoring the need for businesses to adapt to the evolving landscape.
