EASTWEST Ageas adds another feather to its cap as it was recently recognized as one of the Excellence in Learning and Development category winners at the HR Excellence Awards. The recognition identifies the best people development programs in the industry as judged by a panel of HR experts.

Launched in 2022, the HR Excellence Awards honors the best-in-class HR teams and individuals. It is currently the only 100-percent peer-reviewed HR award-giving body in the region.

EastWest's employment program is anchored on Arise, Attain and Aspire, through which employees are empowered to build their core and leadership skills and grow their careers. Participants gave it a high satisfaction rating of 3.83 out of 4.
