BACOOR CITY, Cavite — A transgender was arrested in an entrapment operation conducted by the police on a complaint by his victim whom he allegedly blackmailed.

The suspect, identified as "Jerica," 22, was caught on top of the victim by the operatives inside a drive-in hotel in this city on Friday.

According to the police, the victim, alias "Alden," asked for help regarding the suspect's spreading of private photos and videos while they were still in a relationship.

The police said that the victim has been separated from the suspect, but the latter just would not want to end their relationship, the reason why he had resorted to blackmailing the victim.

The police said the victim sought police help as he could no longer cope with what the suspect was doing.

The Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit 4A group readied an entrapment as the victim agreed to have sex with the transgender in exchange for erasing the videos and sensitive photos on Facebook.

When the police stormed the hotel, they found the suspect committing lewd acts on the victim.

According to the victim, their relationship lasted for five months, but he could no longer handle what the suspect was doing, so he broke up with the latter.
