For her coursework, Mercado-Revilla used projects implemented in the City of Bacoor as case studies to share and highlight various aspects of governance. Notably, she successfully defended her thesis entitled, "Establishing the City of Bacoor Mangrove and Ecotourism Park: Converging Governance and Nature." Rep.
