Behind India's slow-moving IBC regime, an NCLT hamstrung by too many vacancies

Almost a third of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) posts are vacant, leading to delayed insolvency resolutions. Only 13 of 30 courts run full-day. Some courts only operate twice or thrice a week for half days. The average resolution time has increased, impacting banks and companies. Appointment delays aggravate the issue.
