Ashwini Vaishnaw flags land acquisition delays for Kerala rail projects, writes to Pinarayi Vijayan

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has expressed concern over land acquisition delays in Kerala, hindering railway projects worth ₹12,350 crore. Despite the Centre paying over ₹2,100 crore, only 64 hectares of the required 470 hectares have been acquired, impacting projects like the Trivandrum-Kanyakumari line doubling and the Angamali-Sabarimala new line.
