DGCA initiates action on 3 airlines, 1 flying training organisation

The DGCA has taken action against several airlines for different lapses, including placing SpiceJet under enhanced surveillance due to safety concerns. The flying training organization Alchemist Aviation had its approval suspended after a fatal accident-related audit.
