On Monday evening, two coaches of the Rani Kamlapati-Saharsa special passenger train derailed while entering Itarsi station in Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred at 6:10 PM, but no casualties were reported, thanks to the train's slow speed of under 5 km/h. The derailment involved two third AC coaches, and an inquiry has been ordered.
