SpiceJet announces a settlement agreement with Export Development Canada (EDC) to resolve liabilities amounting to Rs 755 crore, resulting in savings of Rs 567 crore. Under the deal, SpiceJet will acquire 13 EDC-financed A400 aircraft, leading to a comprehensive revitalization of its balance sheet.
