Centre sanctions over Rs 6,621 crore for frontier highway in Arunachal

The Centre has allocated Rs 6,621.62 crore for the construction of the frontier highway in Arunachal Pradesh. The project aims to foster socio-economic growth, curb migration, facilitate reverse migration, enable the development of hydropower projects, and promote tourism. Chief Minister Pema Khandu welcomes the project for creating job opportunities.
