WSB Real Estate Partners' WSBREDF II has invested Rs 55 crore in Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate's joint venture residential project BKC 9 in Mumbai's Bandra east suburb. The project, developed by Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and Vakratunda Buildcon Private Ltd. (VBPL), is located on a 0.41-acre plot near Western Express Highway. It is expected to generate revenue of over Rs 250 crore. WSBREDF II previously invested Rs 75 crore in another joint venture project BKC 28. BKC 9 is a 20-storey development with 92 apartments, offering 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom typologies starting at Rs 2.11 crore. WSB Real Estate Partners has raised over Rs 850 crore through its residential property debt fund WSBREDF II, which focuses on mid-income and affordable housing projects in select tier I cities.
