Rahul Gandhi will visit Manipur on Monday, his first after becoming Leader of Opposition. Following May's ethnic violence, he blames the Centre's policies. He will arrive in Silchar, head to Jiribam where Soibam Saratkumar Singh died June 6. After violence, 900 Kuki, Hmar tribals sheltered in Cachar district, said Manipur Congress chief Keisham Meghachandra Singh.
