Air India Group announced management changes as part of its merger with Vistara. Vistara CEO Vinod Kannan will oversee the merger while Deepak Rajawat, Vistara's CCO, will become CFO of Air India Express. Other Vistara executives will assume new roles within Air India or the Tata group. Air India CEO Campbell Wilson expressed his gratitude for the team's efforts in achieving this complex merger.
