Hindustan Zinc Ltd aims to trim its debt to Rs 2,000 crore by March, leveraging robust cash flows in the second half. The company, led by Sandeep Modi, generated Rs 7,000 crore in the fiscal first half and foresees further growth. Hindustan Zinc also plans a $2.5 billion expansion to increase its production capacity to 2 million tonnes.
