Tata Toyo Radiator has signed a 10-year lease for over 250,000 sq ft of warehouse space in Pune's Khed locality, starting March 2025. Initially, rent will be Rs 67 lakh per month plus Rs 23 lakh for improvements, with a 12% rent hike every three years. The Indian warehousing sector is growing rapidly due to ecommerce and supply chain demands.
