Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing has registered an FIR against SpiceJet's MD and four other officials for allegedly not crediting Rs 65 crore of employees' Provident Fund. This complaint was filed by the EPFO. SpiceJet claims to have cleared pending dues and is working on settling the remaining amounts. The investigation is ongoing.
