Nisus Finance Services is raising $200 million from investors in Singapore, the UK, and the Middle East for its special situations offshore fund. The fund has secured $40 million so far and expects the first close by March 2025. The capital will be invested alongside a domestic pool nearing final closure, with additional interest from HNIs, bank treasuries, and family offices.
