Congress sought action against IPS officer Rashmi Shukla. Shukla allegedly met Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis during the election period. This violated the model code of conduct. The meeting happened at Fadnavis's residence on vote counting day. The Election Commission previously transferred Shukla after complaints. Congress cited a similar incident in Telangana.
