The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly concluded its five-day session. The Assembly passed the Motion of Thanks on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha's address. The session, the first since August 5, 2019, witnessed protests from BJP members. The protests erupted after the passage of a resolution by the ruling National Conference. The resolution called for a dialogue with the Centre to restore the erstwhile state's special status.
