AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami interpreted TVK leader Vijay's lack of criticism as a sign of AIADMK's effective performance. Palaniswami stated that alliances are formed based on the political climate during elections and dismissed early speculations about a pact with TVK. He accused DMK and its allies of lacking ideology.
