Hina Shahab, wife of late RJD leader Mohd Shahabuddin, and her son Osama Shahab, have joined the RJD. Party leaders, including Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi Yadav, welcomed them. The move aims to strengthen RJD ahead of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, as the party seeks to counter its poor performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections.
