Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut criticized the Maharashtra government over the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, alleging increased gang wars and underworld influence under Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Raut challenged Shinde to prove his toughness by confronting the conspirators. Mumbai Police arrested Pravin Lonkar in connection with the case, and further investigations are ongoing.
